If you're already an avid cook but want to brush up on your knife skills, this is the workshop for you. Graham will go through choosing the right knife for the job, the importance of knife sharpening and different knife techniques. You will learn how to chop and cut like a professional; preparing a mirepoix and soffritto, and either bone a chicken or fillet a fish, together with segmenting and chopping an array of other ingredients.
These Workshops are the perfect way to gain confidence in the kitchen, and best of all - you get to eat a dish that Graham will demonstrate and cook for you with all of the ingredients that you've lovingly prepared, served with a complimentary glass of wine.
These 3.5 hour knife skills workshops are only available for group bookings of four people and can be booked for afternoons or evenings by prior arrangement.
Demonstration Days

On this fun filled day, we will demonstrate a three course menu with food tastings that need no hands on cooking.
Demonstration days begin at 10:00 AM and finish around 3:00 PM. At the end of the demonstration you will get to sit around the dinning table for a late lunch paired with quality wines to compliment the dishes.
At the end of your day, you'll receive detailed copies of the recipes demonstrated, so that you can impress your friends and family at home.
These five hour demonstrations are only available for group bookings of four people.
